With the key, one will then be able to retrieve the fire extinguisher.
But when lim peh take a closer look, huh? There's no key in it.

Wah piang, like that risk getting finger cut oso cannot open the box. i think the technician (who installed the box) took away the key for himself, so that he can do maintenace check on the fire extinguisher.
