Ranting In My Blog For The FIRST Time!!!

(Contents not suitable for the young ones)



I have never met such idiotic arsehole FXXKING BXSTARD person in my whole life. I declare I am a complete blind man for treating her so well all this while, to the extend of covering her mistakes for her.

This type of CCB LJ person, just my luck to have crossed path with her, TILL NIA SING!!! KAOZ!! PHUI!!!!!

There's this receptionist clerk cum secretary who was with our employment for the past 10 over years. Last year when I joined the company, my boss told me that she is not competence thus half of her work load will be passed on to me.

Her contract with us expired this month and my boss was kind enough and release her 2 days prior to month end out of good will.

As she had been with us for so long, we trusted her completely and guess what?

1) She KNN threw all the hardcopies HR files and CFP files and dont know what other files away behind our back.

2) She deleted all the soft copies of our template for salaries, leave, etc.

3) She even changed the password to the common computer programmes without our knowledge.

4) She was so Gian-Png until on her last day with us, she took folders, staples, key-chains, stationeries back with her without telling us.

As we couldn´t log into the computer, we tried calling her mobile but she refused to answer our calls, so bo-pian we sms her asking her to call us back. She immediately sms back asking for what purpose for her to call us back since she had left us.

When we saw her sms, we called her mobile immediately but again she KNN let the phone rang until it was disconnected. Wa-kaoz!

After that, no matter how many more times we called her or sms her, she did not reply at all.

We gave her her salary on the 25th and not on the last day yet we got all these shit from her.

What kind of woman does such things?

No one to blame, just blame myself for being stuuuuupid to treat her so well, to trust her so much.

I learned my lesson well now, I learn my mistake.

    It's not you being careless, in fact it's the company.

    Always remember that no one is indispensable, a company will still survive with the loss of a key personnel, it is just depend on how you are able to anticipate this kind of situation arises. Fully documented with ISO standard could help, disaster recovery plans. Start to think of any kind of disasters like fire, system failure, SARS, etc may occur.

    As for logging in computer, there is always an administrator user name which you can log in anyone's PC. Maybe you can try it, if not go to a computer shop to get it hacked in.

    Not that me under-estimate that woman, it's because we trusted her too much, didn't think she is like that and without integrity at all.... just thinking of her deeds make my blood boiled again.

    You are right, what is done cannot be undone. No great problem done cos we can re-do all our templates and re-instore our computer system but just dont believe she did all those shitty things.

    My boss too kind-hearted, he said the sky will take care of her in future.

    Ya man, can only rant about it here and released my anger but guess will just let it go.

    Guess everybody can rant in one way or another, me just didn't want to rant in my blog but for her behaviour, me can't tahan anymore.

    There are more vulgar-vocabs that me know but didn't want to blog all, think there are still some minors reading mny blog.

    Guess we can get the police involved but my boss is too kind hearted so we just let her go that's why me ranting here for the first time.

    Oldbeng, my sentiment with platformshoes n sihui, not to said your boss is too good or what ever, making a police report cover alot of out done, now that she left and company start having all this missing n com pblms, recovery can be done, yes but no garantee that your company business is secure, furthermore with the police report, any dispute or leak of company information, this can be use for legal sue, that make a security line of the employer n employee under the payroll that including the company business. On the other hand, let her have the trouble and lesson learn and this if your company demand a publish apologies on papers, that's it for her in your trade on line.

    I mean if you going to leave the company, be it expiry contract or better future elsewhere, go and leave everything as it is, why do such a things, hor lang ko ga tu lan you only, right.

    It also should be a deterrent so she don't think she can get away wif such things easily... & might do the same to other company that employ her next.

    Yo Uncle's really not right of her...but you may wanna bring your harddisk to a computer expert. The files may still be retrievable.
    I heard that even though a person may format the whole drive...the files (maybe some) actually still exist in the harddisk, only dunno how the experts do it.

    Anyway, spoke to my boss again and he, with a hyper good heart, had instructed to let the girl go and case closed.

    So, me have to re-input the details but will be getting a comp expert to our office on Wednesday, guess everything will be alright.

    You pple are all wrong. The way to punish this girl is to let her off! What she did now is bad, but either not a crime or just a small crime. Reporting to police will give her trouble, but wont result in any *big* conviction.

    HOWEVER, letting her off send her a strong message: "I can get away with such things"! Then next time, if she is unhappy with another company, maybe she will "punish" the company by issuing blank cheques to herself, create fake accounting reports etc... and these are serious crimes that the court always punishes by jail term.

    Analogy: Do you people think Durai will be in the deep shit that he is now in, if he has responded to the mild "rumours" years ago?

    SINGABLOGGER'S OFFICE POLITICS TIP: You should never ever confront your enemy if his action is too small for him to be "killed". Feed his bad ego/attitude. That's the ultimate revenge you can have.

    So when should you punish a person when his behaviour is only slightly bad?
    Ans: when you are the parent of that person! Then you have no choice! It becomes your job. You have the torture of convincing your kids:

    "我報警抓你 (eg. for consuming drugs) 是為你好.
    你朋友的父母, 你老板, 你的'好'uncle/aunty, 不報警, 是在害你!
    他們是在等著看戲! 看你X年後,如何死 (for trafficking)!

    These busybodies are trying to 挑潑我們父子感情 by saying that I am too harsh. If it is their own kid, they will do the same. You shouldnt be taken in by what they say and turn against your own parents. blah blah blah".

    So think about it? which is a better revenge: to report or not to report? keke.

    Your view sure is different from others but no, we let her go not because of your type of logic.

    We let her go out of goodwill and since so many years of 宾主一场, 宁可人负我, so let it be.

    The max that me can do is rant some rocks here in my blog.

    Anyway, this issue will pass and should me face another similar issue in the future, me will be more alert and careful.

Actually what I was trying to say was simply: "some of the pple commenting here, feel that reporting to police will teach that girl a lesson. But, if *THEY* (the pple comenting here) want to teach that person a lesson, the best way is to not report to police." <-- this is obviously not the same as saying that you or your boss has an ulterior motive for letting that girl off :)

    Are you the 'real' SGB?

    I agreed that reporting to police is not the right thing to do as it really doesn't lead to serious conviction, at most a verbal warning. She has not done serious damage too that warrant you to file a civil suit.

    When a person resorts to delete files, change passwords, etc, this actually displays her unhappiness in company. She may suffered unfair treatment and wanted to 'sabo' the company (anyway, her acts do not give the company great damage). If she is incompetent, why keeps her for 10 years?

    When anyone of you who are being treated badly in the company, do you really properly hand over your duties to the successor? A big NO. You definitely keep somethings, if not you will leave some 'shit' behind to let him clear. It is unfortunate that she went a bit to the extreme.

    It´s only the recent few years that she is showing her incompetence but the management decided to give her chances after chances thus resulting in her continuation of contract with us.

    We have tried helping her by taking most of her work load away from her but still....

    We definitely did not treat her unfairly, it´s just her character.

    No, I will leave my company well and clean in handling over. If it is the company or management that you are piss-off with, why pass the shit down to the next person replacing you?

    Guess sometimes it really doesn´t pay to be nice.

    Actually not much harm done after today cos we managed to retrieve all the deleted files and re-set the passwords liao.

    Me will put this issue behind and move on.

    2) Angry with Boss for not re-newing her contract;
    3) Childish;
